Processing & Shipping

We know you can't wait to get your goodies, and we can hardly wait for you to receive it!

We aim to complete the processing and mailing of your orders within 5 business days.

In the unexpected event that your item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to inquire whether to cancel or

ship your order upon restocking.

Some of your order's items may be shipped separately due to different manufacturing locations.

Refunds and Returns

We want to ensure that our customers are served well and are happy with their purchases!

If there is something wrong with your order or you did not receive it, just email customerservice@saspublishing.xyz within 5 days of receiving your order (or it being marked as 'delivered' by shipment company), and we'll promptly issue a *refund or replacement at no cost to you!

*Refunds and Replacements are issued for damaged or wrong items shipped.

*Refunds and Replacements are issued upon our receipt of the returned item/s. At our discretion, some refunds and replacements will be issued without you having to return the item/s.

*We offer free returns for damaged or incorrect items shipped!

*Refunds and Replacements are not issued for design discrepancies in amigurumi as each piece is handmade and will have minor design differences among pieces. Refunds and Replacements will only be issued for damage to the original design. Amigurumi pieces are limited quantity, so if there is no more available for replacement, we will issue a full refund!
